Orbit Downloader 2.6.4 is a download manager focused in making easy to download videos, music and streaming media from any web page, including Myspace, YouTube, Imeem, Pandora and Rapidshare.
It supports HTTP/FTP/HTTPS/RTSP/MMS/RTMP protocols and is based on
P2P and multi-source downloading technology, with mirrors selection algorithms.
This free piece of software enables you to grab your favorite media from a variety of sites. You can get videos from YouTube downloaded right to your hard disk, in flv format, that you can later view with an FLV viewer or convert to your preferred video format. You can dowload music, software or the contents you like from any web page, Orbit Downloader will analyze the code of the page and then present you with the information about every component in it, allowing you to download the ones you like.
You can even schedule download jobs to be done when you want, or at intervals that you choose.
If you use Windows XP, Orbit Downloader 2.6.4 has the ability to increase dowloading limits, using its own code.
The program supports most of the languages.
Advantages:

Disadvantages:
- It doesn´t have a built in player or decoder for .flv files, the most common video format in video sites.
